Stephanie Aikin: Survivor Founder
The unapologetic, relentless force behind The HLMS Project, Inc.
In 2023, she survived an attempted first-degree murder that left her permanently disabled and deliberately marginalized by the very systems meant to protect her. That attack was not the end of the nightmare but the beginning of the fight.
She lived that morning to become the voice for those who didn’t and she has not stopped since. Her mission is clear: end the systemic failures that allow women to be murdered.
With decades of expertise in political mobilization, strategic communications, organizational leadership, protocol architecture and fund development, Stephanie embodies the change she is demanding. Unafraid, unstoppable, and impossible to ignore, she won’t rest until women are safe.
